                  The sixth meeting of Ningbo Toyhouse 

We held the sixth meeting of Toyhouse on March 22.
  Firstly, Wiki Zheng gave us his report about relationship between the games and education by PPT. He talked more about serious game and his interest. Then Mr.Chen told us that Wiki gave us an excellent report, which had two reasons. He had his own ideas and made them in a wise logic system. On the other hand, he was good at speaking.
  Secondly, every group leader talked about their work that they had done and problems that they had met.
  Thirdly, Mr Chen told us that when we met problems that we could not solve, we must let Mr Chen know our problems as soon as possible. So that he could help us to solve the problems. Our Toyhouse had bought two Arduino for our students to study and practice. He would study with us and helped us to solve problems. If there would be some problems that he could not solve, then he would quickly contact with some specialists in Shanghai and they would help us solve problems. Mr Chen gave us his detail plan of Toyhouse and hoped every leader see them. If there were some problems, please give back to him.  This evening, Mr Chen will give a class to teach students how to use Pro/E software. Three teams of mechanical engineering must come and welcome other students to come here.

The fourth meeting in Ningbo toyhouse

1. The Ningbo toyhouse will use the system of academy,the members should more ask our teachers some questions.

2. The toyhouse's running plan ,and we need find the best running plan of toyhouse.

3. Every group need one to show their project progress recently by PPT.

4. Mr.Wu hope us should put study on the first place. if every group will finish thier project independently, they will be worked together for a project to exert their own advantages.

 The third meeting in Ningbo toyhouse

Content:

1.Each group leader reported their last week’s progress.

  The first group leader said they studied Single-Chip Microcomputer by video.

The second group leader said that they watched Robotcar video of each year and asked teacher some questions.

The third group leader said they had group discussion and collected their members’ idea.

The fourth group leader said that some of their member’s computer could not install Pro/E software.

The fifth group leader said their progress just like the fourth.

The sixth group leader said that some parts of the Quadrotor Aircraft couldn’t be found and some software couldn’t  be understood.

The seventh group leader said that the they were learning Unity 3D by video and book. Maybe, two weeks later, they can make some small games.

  2. Mr. Chen suggested and demanded members of toyhouse that they should come to the toyhouse to study and discuss about the project if they had no class.

  3. Three leaders of The Design of New Concept Car will give a lesson with PPT to teach their members to study the Pro/E next week.

  4. Administration group need to submit a report to department as soon as possible which may solve facilities problems in toyhouse.

  5. There will be an activity and topic is that if you are a teacher, how and what you will teach students.

  6. We will prepare for holding activity of English Corner which can improve english.

   The second meeting in Ningbo toyhouse this noon, we met many new members,Mr.chen introduced the professor Russell Giles to us,tell us the project items, there are Quadrotor Aircraft,Racing Robots and The Design of New Concept Car.Then introduced the arrangements about our future.After of all,we need have regular meeting every week,and the members all need hand in their working plan in the future.Professor Giles and Mr.Chen give members a paper to write some about their name,student ID,english name,e-mail,telephone number,interests,dream,job of their parents,the friends who they should study from them.

 会议内容： 由于有两周没有召开例会，所以本周的会议上每个小组组长进行了发言，主要内容是根据最近他们小组所做的事情做一个简短的陈述。

1、说明小组的申请已经在审批中。

1、工作室的网络拉线、把无线改装到有线，是工作室的网络更加稳定。 2、上周在参加创新杯的比赛。

 1、计算机应用的开发项目，但是由于现阶段是考试复习时间，所以进度有点慢。 2、主要的问题是小组人员的知识基础相对比较薄，所以独立进行一些项目时有困难。

1、在策划小音箱的项目，项目策划书已经在审批当中。

1、上周主要是参加创新杯比赛 2、四旋翼飞机的改进，添加无线视频

1、介绍工作室:做中玩，玩中做。 2、交代每个小组组长以及行政人员需要做PPT进行学期总结。 3、讲了目前的工作室的项目运行：网络布局以及管理、天宫二号小组的四旋翼项目改进。

1、陈老师提出在没有课的时候多来工作室，多学习一些知识。 2、讲了有关执行力的问题：希望我们要有计划的去做事。 3、遇到不知道的事情要及反馈，要多交流。组长要与组员加强交流，要调动组员多参加活动。

ToyHouse工作室远程管理策划

1. 一、项目背景

工作室现有4台iMac 和 3台mac mini主机。如今，在工作室开课的课程越来越多，但是会使用MAC OS的人却很少。

1. 二、项目目标

配置一台远程拨入服务器，实现远程控制mac主机，即使负责人不在工作室，也能保证课程正常的进行。

六、 制定施工方案

 由于服务器主机价位过高，我们决定采用1台稳定性、性能、散热性均较高的PC主机作为远程拨入服务器。

系统方面，我们制定了windows2003和Linux 2种方案，因为windows使用率普遍，配置简单，最终采用了windows2003作为服务器系统。

在MAC系统上，据我们了解有 SSH Telnet 等远程管理服务，SSH具有较高安全性，功能上比其他类似服务简单，客户端操作便捷，所以SSH即成为了我们选择使用的远程管理服务。

由于time capsule 主要用处为提供网络存储的功能，在网络方面性能不如专业路由器，所以我们需要购置一个路由器，安装在网络出口，保证服务器网络稳定。

 为了管理员们能更快入手VPN拨入及SSH远程控制，我们决定为此制作一份使用指南。

七、 施工流程

1．选取1台稳定、性能较高、散热好的PC主机作为远程拨入服务器，放置在工作室内部网络之中。

2．在pc主机上安装windows 2003 R2 作为服务器的系统。

3．安装系统完成后，配置路由与远程访问服务，划分IP使拨入后，能连通MAC系统。

4．配置用户，保证接入用户为认证用户。

5．在iMac和Mac Mini上安装SSH远程登陆服务，提供远程控制功能。

6．在出口路由器上配置NAT，使得VPN服务器接入到学校内网。

7．测试VPN服务。

8．安装SSH Client，测试SSH远程控制。

9．制作远程管理指南，保证管理员们能正常使用。

                            周汇报        十二月第二周

一：这几周由于各个小组的成员在参加比赛，项目都已暂停

二：这周挑战先锋小组上交了关于护眼灯设计活动策划书、

三：启航小组在学安卓系统、

四：其它的小组在策划项目

五：我这周主要调整了一些值班表、整理一些策划书

下周计划：1.)项目要恢复正常、来了两个专家、多向他们学习

2.)这周要开会、主要讲述一下项目的安排、

     由于本周四行政人员要参加考试，加之项目小组成员在参加创新杯的比赛，所以原定于周四中午的工作室例会取消。
