Marshmallow Challenge Short Specification

As we discussed today, the "Challenge" will be conducted by students next week as a group exercise.

1. The whole class will run the 18 minute Marshmallow challenge, two times in the first hour. This includes the kick-off ceremony, the intersession, and the ending ritual.

2. Please watch the video on TED on Marshmallow Challenge to learn more of the game's specification. There is also a website dedicated to this game.

3. The second hour will be a review session, each team should be ready to comment on the pros and cons of all teams. Students must articulate what they have learned from the preparation of the game, What they could do better to improve the experience, etc...

4. The third hour is about evaluating yourselves. How would you grade your own performance as a learner in the last week. What are the Key Performance Index (KPI)? How would you incorporate the index as a part of the grading criteria for the entire semester?

5. This project, although have many four person teams, but is a whole class project. The class should learn to coordinate effort across teams. This should also be incorporated as a part of the KPI.
